El plato al que me estoy refiriendo es un arroz con habichuela y nos lo hace tal como lo cocinan all\u00ed en su pueblo. Y la misma destreza, ya lo comprobar\u00e1n, como nos narra el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de este guiso \u00a0es con la que se desenvuelve en la cocina porque Herrera aparte \u2013o fuera parte, como \u00e9l dice y decimos por aqu\u00ed abajo\u2013 de ser uno de los mejores profesionales que ha dado la radiodifusi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, es un gran cocinero; no exagero.
