{"id":869,"date":"2015-12-02T16:18:43","date_gmt":"2015-12-02T15:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/?p=869"},"modified":"2015-12-02T16:18:43","modified_gmt":"2015-12-02T15:18:43","slug":"vitaminas-y-minerales-hay-que-tomar-mas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/2015\/12\/02\/vitaminas-y-minerales-hay-que-tomar-mas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vitaminas y minerales, \u00bfhay que tomar m\u00e1s?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Muy buenos d\u00edas!<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda no est\u00e1 claro si debemos tomar m\u00e1s <strong>micronutrientes<\/strong> de los que nos aportan los alimentos en s\u00ed, es decir, mediante suplementos o complejos vitam\u00ednicos, lo que si parece claro es la importancia de las <strong>vitaminas y los minerales para nuestra salud<\/strong> general.<\/p>\n<p>Lo cierto es que si nos centramos en el <strong>rendimiento deportivo<\/strong>, deber\u00edamos saber que \u00e9stos son necesarios y que participan en procesos en todo nuestro cuerpo, y m\u00e1s concretamente, en el ejercicio f\u00edsico, ayudan a la recuperaci\u00f3n, a la formaci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n de tejidos musculares nuevos, mejoran la salud \u00f3sea&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/12\/vitamina-b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-871\" alt=\"vitamina-b\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/12\/vitamina-b-300x214.jpg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/12\/vitamina-b-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/12\/vitamina-b.jpg 630w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esto <strong>no<\/strong> quiere decir que tengamos que <strong>tomar cantidades ingentes de pastillas<\/strong> para complementar la alimentaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s no significa mejor, lo que realmente nos importa es tener unos niveles de micronutrientes adecuados en nuestro organismo, y eso se consigue mediante una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada y un modo de vida saludable.<\/p>\n<p>En nuestro caso, creemos que, debido en muchos casos a los malos h\u00e1bitos alimenticios, al estr\u00e9s, a la contaminaci\u00f3n, al tabaco, alcohol&#8230; s\u00ed\u00a0<strong>es necesario al menos controlar que los niveles de micronutrientes son apropiados<\/strong>, y posteriormente decidir si necesitamos un aporte extra o una <strong>adaptaci\u00f3n de la dieta<\/strong>, sobre todo si eres deportista, ya que tu desgaste f\u00edsico es mayor y tu reposici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n debe ser superior al de una persona sedentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, y al menos, <strong>si eres deportista<\/strong>, te recomiendo tomar un complejo vitam\u00ednico, a ser posible, con el est\u00f3mago lleno, para mantenerlo en el est\u00f3mago por m\u00e1s tiempo para que favorezca la absorci\u00f3n y la digesti\u00f3n por completo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Un besito y feliz semana!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pod\u00e9is seguirme a trav\u00e9s de la web\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boostconcept.es\/\">http:\/\/www.boostconcept.es<\/a>), de Facebook\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/es-es.facebook.com\/pages\/Carla-Nutricionista\/247148305355492\">Carla Nutricionista<\/a>), de Twitter (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/carlanutricion\">@carlanutricion<\/a>) e Instagram (<a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/xmPw2Xnikx\/\">carlanutricionBC<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; \u00a1Muy buenos d\u00edas!
