Tanto la miga como la corteza tienen los mismos ingredientes y por tanto las mismas calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Si es cierto que si cogemos la misma cantidad (<strong>en peso<\/strong>) de miga que de corteza, la corteza aporta m\u00e1s calor\u00edas al estar deshidratada, y la miga, al no haber sido sometida a tal fuente de calor contiene agua, que aunque pesa, no aporta calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/03\/IMG_3064.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-79\" alt=\"IMG_3064\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/03\/IMG_3064-300x217.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/03\/miga.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-80\" alt=\"miga\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/03\/miga.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No como hidratos de carbono porque engordan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los carbohidratos son macronutrientes <strong>imprescindibles<\/strong> en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n diaria. En una <strong>dieta equilibrada<\/strong>, constituyen entre el <strong>50-55%<\/strong> de nuestras calor\u00edas diarias. Es un <strong>combustible energ\u00e9tico<\/strong> que debemos tener muy en cuenta cuando realizamos alg\u00fan tipo de ejercicio f\u00edsico ya que la cantidad del mismo depender\u00e1 de nuestra actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Si su <strong>\u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico es alto<\/strong>, se elevan los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre y el <strong>excedente<\/strong> se transforma en <strong>grasa de reserva<\/strong>.
