Se compone de un 90% de agua.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8907\" src=\"https:\/\/boostconcept.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/donut-3-300x177.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Propied<\/em><em>ades nutricionales<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contiene Vitamina A y C.<\/li>\n<li>Potasio, calcio, magnesio, hierro y zinc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donuts de calabaza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todos morimos por los deliciosos y esponjosos donuts de cientos y cientos de escaparates pasteleros, \u00bfverdad? \u00a1Pues aqu\u00ed ten\u00e9is la versi\u00f3n fitness!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8906\" src=\"https:\/\/boostconcept.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/donut-4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nada de az\u00facar ni aditivos ni aceites da\u00f1inos, los ingredientes son:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr. Calabaza<\/li>\n<li>*100 gr. Harina de avena (usada integral pero cualquier variante es v\u00e1lida)<\/li>\n<li>Stevia o sacarina<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de queso fresco batido (desnatado 0%)<\/li>\n<li>Topping: he usado crema de cacahuetes natural \u00a0y\u00a0bolitas de prote\u00edna sabor chocolate de mybodygenius, aunque pod\u00e9is usar cualquier topping que os guste, como crema de almendras, virutas de chocolate puro&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primero, debemos cocer la calabaza y apartar hasta que se enfr\u00ede. Mientras, batimos los huevos en un bol y a\u00f1adimos unas gotas de stevia y el queso fresco.<\/p>\n<p>Vertemos la harina de avena poco a poco sobre la mezcla y seguimos batiendo hasta conseguir un punto homog\u00e9neo y pastoso (sin exceso, debe caer ligeramente si sac\u00e1semos una cucharada).\u00a0*Es por ello que la cantidad de harina puede variar un poco en funci\u00f3n del tipo que us\u00e9is. Agrega la calabaza y el aceite y bate 5 minutos. Deja la mezcla reposar un par de horas.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos usar un molde como este:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8908\" src=\"https:\/\/boostconcept.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/donut-2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Horneamos a 180\u00ba durante 20 minutos.
