Yo no soy intolerante pero me encanta el sabor de este pan elaborado con trigo sarraceno. El<strong> trigo sarraceno<\/strong> contiene una <strong>prote\u00edna de alta calidad<\/strong> al contener todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales. Aporta <strong>hidratos de carbono de \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico bajo<\/strong>, es decir de absorci\u00f3n lenta, por lo que este tipo de pan es ideal para desayunar o para antes de entrenar. Rico en<strong> niacina<\/strong> o vitamina B3, <strong>zinc, selenio, cobre, manganeso, f\u00f3sforo, potasio <\/strong>y<strong> magnesio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Trigo sarraceno 700gr ecol\u00f3gico.<br \/>\n-Semillas de ch\u00eda 2 cucharadas soperas.<br \/>\n-Psyllium en polvo 30 gr.<br \/>\n-Agua 150-200 ml.<br \/>\n-Sal del Himalaya 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1-Lavamos el trigo, lo colocamos en un bol de cristal y lo cubrimos con agua. Dejar toda la noche.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8710\" src=\"http:\/\/boostconcept.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/image1-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n2-Al d\u00eda siguiente escurrimos el agua sin enjuagar los granos y lo metemos en la batidora con el agua (a\u00f1adir poco a poco para que no quede demasiado l\u00edquido) y la sal.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8711\" src=\"http:\/\/boostconcept.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/image6-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3-Trituramos para que se mezcle pero que no sea una papilla, si queda alg\u00fan grano no pasa nada.<br \/>\n4-Colocamos la mezcla en un bol de cristal y a\u00f1adimos el psyllium y la ch\u00eda. Mezclamos bien y lo dejamos reposar 24h tapado con un trapo y a temperatura ambiente.<br \/>\n5-24h despu\u00e9s precalentamos el horno a 175grados, cubrimos la bandeja del horno con papel de horno, hacemos unos cortes a la superficie del pan y ponemos la masa encima.
