El melanoma es el tipo m\u00e1s serio de<strong> c\u00e1ncer de piel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con frecuencia el <strong>primer signo<\/strong> de un melanoma es un <strong>cambio de tama\u00f1o, forma, color o textura de un lunar<\/strong>. La mayor\u00eda de los melanomas tienen un \u00e1rea negra o negra azulada. El melanoma tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer como un lunar nuevo. Puede ser negro, anormal o &#8220;de aspecto desagradable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El c\u00e1ncer se produce porque el proceso de divisi\u00f3n celular se modifica.
