Es una <strong>rutina para principiantes<\/strong>, pero siempre recomendamos estar asesorados por profesionales, sobre todo si nunca hemos hecho ejercicio o si tenemos alg\u00fan tipo de lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calentamiento (10 minutos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Primera parte:<\/strong><\/span> (Haremos controlar nuestro esfuerzo, algo que considero absolutamente fundamental para todos los niveles.
