El gluten es un aditivo com\u00fan en los alimentos procesados, emulsionantes, espesantes, productos derivados del trigo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Cuidado con<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>-Los <strong>etiquetados<\/strong> incompletos.<\/p>\n<p>-Productos elaborados con <strong>s\u00e9mola<\/strong>: macarrones, espaguetis, fideos (pasta en general).<\/p>\n<p>-Productos de pasteler\u00eda y panader\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>-Bebidas derivadas de la cebada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Carnes procesadas<\/strong> tales como embutidos y fiambres, no s\u00f3lo porque no son alimentos nutritivos ni sanos, sino tambi\u00e9n, porque tienen grandes probabilidades de contener trazas de gluten en su composici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>-Evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada y<b> <\/b><strong>no manipular alimentos con gluten en el mismo sitio en que se elaboran preparaciones para cel\u00edacos<\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>-No fre\u00edr alimentos sin gluten en donde previamente se fri\u00f3 un producto con cereales no permitidos.<\/p>\n<p>-Ojo con los <strong>caf\u00e9s instant\u00e1neos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/05\/img2735.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-330\" alt=\"img2735\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/05\/img2735-300x133.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Alimentos libres de gluten:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>-Los pacientes celiacos pueden tomar libremente <strong>arroz, ma\u00edz, mijo, tapioca<\/strong>, as\u00ed como sus <strong>derivados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Verduras<\/strong> frescas, <strong>frutas<\/strong> \u00a0y <strong>hortalizas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Carnes, mariscos<\/strong> y<strong> pescados<\/strong> frescos y congelados no rebozados.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Legumbres<\/strong>, ricas en prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos, como son los garbanzos, lentejas, alubias\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Leche<\/strong><strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Huevos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Caf\u00e9<\/strong> en grano o molido,<strong> infusiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Vinagre de vino, especias<\/strong> molidas o en rama.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Aceite de oliva<\/strong> y de <strong>semillas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Frutos secos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/05\/gluten-free.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"280\" height=\"280\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-322\" alt=\"gluten free\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/05\/gluten-free.jpg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/05\/gluten-free.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/05\/gluten-free-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/05\/gluten-free-170x170.jpg 170w, https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/05\/gluten-free-73x73.jpg 73w, https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2015\/05\/gluten-free-108x108.jpg 108w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cada vez existen m\u00e1s alimentos especificados como &#8220;sin gluten&#8221;
