{"id":1758,"date":"2017-03-07T12:19:44","date_gmt":"2017-03-07T11:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/?p=1758"},"modified":"2017-03-07T12:19:44","modified_gmt":"2017-03-07T11:19:44","slug":"el-unico-bizcocho-apto-para-tu-dieta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cope.es\/blogs\/eat-fit\/2017\/03\/07\/el-unico-bizcocho-apto-para-tu-dieta\/","title":{"rendered":"El \u00fanico bizcocho apto para tu dieta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Muy buenos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Con frecuencia se asocian las recetas saludables o con etiquetas tipo \u201cfit\u201d o \u201chealthy\u201d como platos incomibles o de extra\u00f1o sabor, sin embargo, <strong>hemos conseguido elaborar un bizcocho saludable y s\u00faper nutritivo que seguro os va a encantar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Es ideal para el desayuno!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vas a tener un d\u00eda largo de entrenamiento<\/strong>, o un d\u00eda largo de trabajo, o si requieres un aguante extra, <strong>este se va a convertir en tu desayuno preferido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Al estar <strong>elaborado con avena<\/strong> (carbohidrato de absorci\u00f3n media\/baja) el aporte de energ\u00eda que nos da es de forma prolongada. Adem\u00e1s, es saciante, <strong>ideal para controlar la ansiedad con la comida<\/strong> y evitar los ataques de hambre cuando seguimos una dieta de control de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Es <strong>rico en prote\u00edna de alta calidad<\/strong>, componente estructural de la masa muscular que contribuye a regenerar el tejido y las microroturas fibrilares sufridas tras el ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Contiene <a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/2015\/05\/08\/semillas-de-chia-salvia-hispanica\/\"><strong>semillas de ch\u00eda<\/strong><\/a>, con multitud de beneficiosas propiedades, es por eso que las incluyo en todos los desayunos.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>cacao puro<\/strong> es un alimento que <strong>mejora el humor<\/strong> al ser <strong>rico en flavonoides<\/strong>, unos compuestos que influyen directamente en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo. Pero siempre con moderaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clara de huevo 0,5 litros.
