mano<\/strong> para poder echarle un vistazo antes de caer en la tentaci\u00f3n de una comida poco saludable, un &#8220;fast food&#8221;, fritos, boller\u00eda o alimentaci\u00f3n de la considerada poco recomendable, \u00a0no hay que obsesionarse, pero hay que ser conscientes sobre qu\u00e9 es lo que comemos.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que, \u00bfrealmente sabemos a lo que equivalen en ejercicio todas esas calor\u00edas de m\u00e1s que nos aporta la \u201ccomida basura\u201d?.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aunque lo m\u00e1s importante no son las calor\u00edas, sino la calidad de ellas, vamos a ver <strong>c\u00faanto tendr\u00edamos que correr<\/strong> aproximadamente para quemar los excesos o caprichos de un d\u00eda poco &#8220;fit&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong> Hamburguesa simple (carne y queso) de comida r\u00e1pida = 4 km\u00a0 (aprox.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a cuentas, para quemar las calor\u00edas que nos aporta <strong>un men\u00fa entero de comida r\u00e1pida<\/strong>, con helado incluido, <strong>\u00a1tendr\u00edamos que correr 15 km!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ya sabemos que ese tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n no aporta ning\u00fan beneficio para nuestra salud, es m\u00e1s, contribuye a aumentar nuestro colesterol y almacenar los excesos en forma de grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que, al menos durante una temporada, os haya quitado las ganas de comer este tipo de comida y prefir\u00e1is cocinaros vuestra propia hamburguesa en casa.
