Este nutritivo grano tambi\u00e9n posee\u00a0un porcentaje elevado de <strong>vitamina E, <\/strong>de acci\u00f3n antioxidante y <strong>vitaminas del grupo B<\/strong> (B1, B2 y B3 o niacina).<\/p>\n<p>El kamut es rico en <strong>\u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados Omega 6<\/strong>, importante en personas con el colesterol alto pues ayuda a regular los niveles en sangre.<\/p>\n<p>Es <b>rico en lisina<\/b>, un amino\u00e1cido que escasea en el resto de los cereales. En general, su concentraci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas es superior a la del trigo convencional en un 20 y un 40% m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>En dietas de control de peso es muy interesante por ser <strong>rico en fibra<\/strong> y <strong>ayudar a controlar el apetito<\/strong>.
