Esto no es cierto, pues 100 gramos de pl\u00e1tano pelado aportan unas 140 kilocalor\u00edas junto con otros muchos nutrientes que le convierten en un alimento especialmente <b>indicado para ni\u00f1os y para deportistas.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2016\/03\/platano.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1073\" alt=\"platano\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2016\/03\/platano-300x235.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El contenido de az\u00facares en el pl\u00e1tano es superior al de algunas otras frutas. Este hecho, unido al \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico tan elevado de esta fruta, hace que el pl\u00e1tano sea un alimento que <b>proporciona energ\u00eda de manera inmediata<\/b>, algo muy importante cuando se est\u00e1 practicando <b>deportes de larga duraci\u00f3n <\/b>o de fuerza explosiva.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/07\/skoda-triatl-n-series-madrid-28-junio-742914-29258-1298.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-508\" alt=\"skoda-triatl-n-series-madrid-28-junio-742914-29258-1298\" src=\"http:\/\/abcblogs.abc.es\/eat-fit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/201\/2015\/07\/skoda-triatl-n-series-madrid-28-junio-742914-29258-1298-199x300.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El pl\u00e1tano es un <b>alimento ligero y de f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n<\/b> (s\u00ed, f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n si se consume madura), que con una peque\u00f1a cantidad ya aporta nutrientes, algo importante ante la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva, pues es incompatible con la toma de alimentos indigestos o muy voluminosos.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>pl\u00e1tano<\/strong> <strong>ayuda a los deportistas a<\/strong> <strong>prevenir calambres<\/strong> <strong>musculares<\/strong> gracias a su elevado contenido en <strong>magnesio. <\/strong>Otras veces los calambres son por la falta de electrolitos como el sodio y potasio a consecuencia de la deshidrataci\u00f3n.
